good day to all. i am aristotle biteng from marikina. my mother's petition to change her name was granted on dec 29, 2009 and become final and executory on april 21,2010.

paano po namin yun maaapply sa marriage contract nila nang father ko at sa birth certificate naming magkakapatid?

do we have to file for another case para sa marriage contract nila nung father ko at para sa birth certificate namin?

good am. regarding po dun sa unang post ko, pwede po ba namin makuha ung mga original evidence na sinubmit namin (like original japanese passport and pictures)? thanks for your time.

yes, file a case as well for the change of entries in your CLBs
yes, file a motion to withdraw original documents, substitute it though with certified copies
