good day po, may friend po ako na pinapaupahan nila ang isang house nila, ginagamit po ng tenant ito as tindahan
now my friend is planning to use the house na, so plano nya ipaalam sa tenant na gagamitin na nya ang house, wala naman pong contrata, ang tanong po nya ay once na inform na nya ang tenant, how many months po ang dapat ibigay sa tenant bago tuluyang lisanin ang house? and dapat po ba ay free na ung last few months na ito or kailangan ding magbayad ang tenant? salamat po
