nanghiram po ako ng credit card sa kaibigan ko tapos po nag ka over charges inayos po namin yung charges kaso hanggang nagyun pending parin po.nagsampa po sya ng kaso sakin at naka kuha po ako ng subpoena.hindi ko po alam ang gagawin ko pls help me

sumipot kayo ng kaibigan mo sa hearing na nakasaad sa subpoena na natanggap ninyo. sa naturang hearing, ipakita ninyo ang kasunduan o resibo na nagpapatunay na nakapag-settle o nakabayad na kayo ng inyong utang. Kung mapatunayan na nakapag-settle o nakapagbayad na nga kayo, maari nang utusan ang credit company na i-clear na kayo sa utang at sa kaso
