Arresto Menor

hi just wanted to ask how will i know if may case is still pending(QUALIFIED THEFT)it happens last 2009..wala n po kc akong nariricve na letter galing sa court last ko po kasing narcve n letter is 2010 and the complainant is nasa japan n po..when i try to get the nbi clearance it appears a "HIT"..CAn you give me an advice what will i do?Do I still have a chance of getting a job?? Please help me with this..I badly need your help thank you. Crying or Very sad
