My father bought a motorcycle. The registered owner died already - an only child, single, has no children at the time of his death, both the parents are still living.
All the related documents - OR, CR are still in the name of this deceased son. This motorcycle was thru a loan, The loan is already paid in full.
The motorcycle, by the way, briefly passed to a second owner, who was not able to transfer the property to his name.
How do we go about the transfer of title to my father? What documents need to be executed?
