Arresto Menor

Hi! I'm planning to start a taxi business. Isang unit pa lang naman, yung bibilin ko na taxi franchise sabi sa akin gagawa daw kami ng deed of sale (for documentation lang daw) na binenta ko kunwari yung kotse ko sa kanya. Ganun daw talaga pagkuha ng franchise ngayon.

Ang concern ko, pano kung biglang angkinin na nya yung sasakyan dahil sa deed of sale? pwede kaya kami gumawa ng isa pang document for 'counter deed' or cancellation of deed of sale?
