How to Deal with Adverse Claimant and Squatter on our Purchased Lot

Hi Admin,

I hope you could give us an advise regarding our case:

After double checking clean title at Registry of Deeds, we bought a lot few years ago. Then a relative of our seller came to claim that it was a family property and and that it was sold without the family's knowledge. By the way, when we purchased the lot, the title is under the name of the person who sold it to us. The relative filed an adverse claim, but they didn't appear even once in the series of hearings. So decision was made by court, they lost the case. Now we found out they had another relative to occupy our property so we cannot use it. We gave them a 1 month and a half grace period to vacate the lot already and they refused to. They are still claiming it.
By the way the title was successfully transferred in our name and we're paying for it's taxes since we bought it.
What do we do next. Please help. Thank you!
