pinupuk ako ng payong at pinagkkalmot at tinadyakan ng nanay at kapatid ng kinakasama ko... tapos sinasabi pa nila na hinuhukot ko daw ung pera na pinadala noon ng kuya ng kinakasama ko which is hindi naman totoo... nagpamedico legal na po ako at nasa baranggay na po ang kaso... ano po ba ang dapat ko pang gawin... nasa iisang bahay po kasi kami

Wait for the conclusion of the barangay proceedings. If you do not settle amicably, then you may file the case in court. Obtain the certification to file action from the barangay.

i told the baranggay that i will not settle amicably... i will get the certification from the baranggay on the june 27, 2012... should i not file it at the police station because the person who did that physical abuse happened to be living the same house where i am residing

Hi mhel0812,

You should find some place away from those persons who hurt you physically. If you are decided to file a case against them, then file the case in court after you get the certification from the barangay.
