Magandang araw po! Nais ko po sanang itanong sa mga eksperto sa batas kung ano ang saklaw ng RA 5546 sinabi po kasi doon sa section 1 na bawal magbenta ng ticket sa mga estudyante. Kung ang isang student organization po ba ng unibersidad ay gagawa ng fundraising event at magkakaroon po ito ng pa-ticket, at ito ay ibebenta sa mga estudyante din ng unibersidad ay lalabag po ba ito sa RA 5546? Salamat po.
