the following terms and conditions are stated in this deed of conditional sale;
1.that the agreed consideration for te afore described lots in Php xxx,xxx.xx
2. that upon execution of this contract a downpayment of Php xx,xxx.xx
3. that the remaining balance shall be paid to the vendor within the period of 5 yrs.
4. that is case of non-payment in three (3) consecutive months this contract is considered rescinded and the vendor shall not refund any of the payments made by the vendee..

1. fully paid na po ito with complete receipts with signature from vendor..one year after the stated term # 3..so bale six years na...
2. sa term #4 naman nkita ko po na meron din ilang months more than 3 months hindi ako nka bayad..
after na fully paid ko na ni-request ko na absolute deed of sale pati Home lot title na from the vendor pero hindi nya ito maibigay...kasi nabenta na rin nya ito sa another vendee..may habol (legally) pa rin ba ako sa vendor na refund na lng nya yong total payments ko sa homelot? bka po kasi gawin rin nyang pang-contra itong Deed of Conditional Sale na may mga terms and conditions akong hindi nasunod...baka QUITS lng po lahat na binayad ko...may legal case pa rin ba akong ma file laban sa vendor?
