6 years ago before umabot sa arraignment ay nag-file ng MOTION to WITHDRAW INFORMATION ang Prosecutor pursuant to order by DOJ...and GRANTED / APPROVED by the Court (case BP 22)...mag-aappear po ba ito sa NBI clearance pa din? DOJ told me this is as if "NO CASE" scenario...??? Please feedback. I'm confused need clarification po...

if no warrant was issued, it will be unlikely that there will be an nbi record
