Can I withdraw my complaint in the IBP against a accused lawyer?

Arresto Menor

I already withdraw my complaint against the lawyer of the accuse for allowing his cliant to perjure herself in her reply to the Complaint Affidavit. Am I allowed. I submitted by complaint in the Supreme Court, and it was sent to the IBP. But, last Easter, I felt the spirit of Easter, which is forgiveness, and I subsequently withdraw my complaint. I therefore did not appear in the Mandatory Conference. Unfortunately, the IBP still sent me a letter which says, I have to submit my confirm documents or something. This must be the original documents I have. Anyway, once you filed a complaint, can you not withdraw it in the IBP.

2ND, Will I be faulted if I do not submit the required verified documents?

3rd. Once I withdraw my complaint, can the council of the accuse get back at me and charge me with damages?
