hi po!
nagbabalak po akong bumili ng lupa sa property developer,ngayon nagtatanong po ako kapag binayaran ko ng cash makukuha ko ba agad ang title?ang sabi sakin ng agent 90days pa daw ang process ng title pero my deed of sale naman akong nakukuha.tanong ko po how long po ba ang process ng title kapag bumili ka ng lupa sa property developer?

Make sure you are dealing with a real agent.Check him out first or you might lose your hard-earned money and hold a useless piece of paper.A month or 2 is more than enough to transfer a title especially if you are dealing with a diligent person.

Base po sa akin experience pag sa developer binili inaabot ng 1 year.
Sir, saan area nio pla balak bumili ng property? kung cavite po baka interesado ka bilhin yun lote ko located in gen.trias cavite (villagio ignatius village) developped by earth & style corp. TIA
