ano po ang case title na ilalagay sa motion to execute judgment sa NLRC, yung original po ba, i.e. plaintiff/complainant vs. defendant? at saka where po ipa-file yung motion, sa NLRC Division (which rendered d favorable judgment to the employee)? bale illegal dismissal po yung case. NLRC reversed the ruling of the Labor Arbiter. nag-file ng petition for certiorari sa CA yung employer pero na-dismissed.
