Gatecrasher

Good day,

My concern is not as serious as other post. But I am looking forward for your answer.

Last May 8, 2012, my brother celebrate his birthday. He had a mini celebration with friends. They had it after work and all guest came late.

After hours were some of the guest were already tipsy. A brawl happened involving his visitor and someone who my brother didn't know but was there in the event. the gatecrasher were not even injured so it was unexpected that he bother call a police. the police came but unfortunately, the visitors run out and it was my brother who face them. thinking he was not involve in the brawl and he will not caught. but the story turns awkward and he was pointed by the gatecrasher. and the mother of the gatecrasher talks a lot and curse my brother in front of my parents. my parents stay calm. my brother wasn't caught but he was scheduled to present himself in our baranggay.

my question now is, came we also file a complaint for that boy who gatecrashed the party of my brother?

hope i cant get a recommendation from you regarding this.
