Arresto Menor

My ex has threatened to file a case against me, but she has not said on what grounds or what the charges she would file.

I am due to arrive in the Philippines Friday morning and I am worried about being stopped at immigration..Is there any way I can be arrested or held there without some sort of notice of charges.?

I didnt abuse her physically or do any harm to her, or the kids..What would it take and how long would it take to be placed on a list at immigration.?

Please help asap..!
