unlicensed gun

i wanted to ask what can i file for our landlord who's harrassing and threatening us by using his gun everytime we were having issues and problems on his vicinity especially when he's drunk.

SO ANG TANONG KO PO ATTY.?? This Coming hearing ko po June 5,2011..Ano po gagawin ko kasi kinsausap ko yong pulis na nka dakip sa akin pwdi nman daw ma settle outside court..kasi hndi nman kami nagka.awaay ng pulis..hindi nman ako pumalag nong nadakip nya ako..

So Atty. pls nman po sana maka tulong ka rin sa akin kahit dito lang..kasi di ko alam kng ano gagawin ko?? kng ano mangyayari sa akin court??
