Arresto Menor


My father ran as a brgy. Kagawad, unfortunately he lost with a very little margin.
Then he filed a protest, until now due process are still ongoing. He is thinking of backing out the case due to financial incapacity.
My question are, what are his obligation to the other parties, payments etc.
