Arresto Menor

good evening! 16 years old po ako when i got jailed because of theft case. i was released dahil po nagpyansa mga magulang ko. after po nun hindi na po ako nakapag-attend ng anumang hearing. i attempted to get NBI clearance twice at may HIT po. natakot po ako kaya hindi ko na po binalikan.ano po ang gagawin ko para maayos ko po yung kaso at para makakuha po ako ng NBI clearance? maraming salamat po.
