I just need help on this. Here's the scenario.
One of my boyfriends officemate borrowed may mobile phone and laptop. Nang kukunin ko na yung mga gamit ko, binigyan nya ako ng pawn tickets.. which means sinanla nya yung gamit ko without my knowledge. I asked her na tubusin nya yun pero she doesnt have money during that time. So ending ako muna ang tumubos kasi kailangan ko yung mga yun. Months passed, hindi pa rin nya ako binabayaran. And until now ayaw nya bayaran yung pinang tubos ko. Ang question ko is what case can i file against her?
