out of the country ako ngayun and may warrant of arrest ako sa pinas.case R.A. 9262. Last june 2011 nag meet kmi sa fiscal ng wife ko but hindi na settle. i try sending support sa anak but she refuse. then pina bayaan ko. then yesterday my brother inform me that i have warrant of arrest. Mga Atty, my time alloted ba yan ang pag serve ng warrant of arrest coz hindi pa ako pwd umuwi coz sa company contract ko. months or years ba? para indi mag worst ang situation.... Hoping for your positive response mga atty...

it remains valid until you file bail or you are arrested.

thank you atty for the quick response, one more question atty... what if after 1 year pa ako mka uwi, d ba yan mag worst and situation specially sa coutrt? i need to save money para support sa situation and everything kaysa umuwi ako na walang laman..

nothing the court can do. if the judge is angry, you'll just have to deal with it.
