1) I'm selling my house thru an agent. It's a clean title. Agent says I have to show the buyer the deed of sale between me and the person I bought this house from. Is that required by law?
2) My deceased mother left a piece of land to me & my brother, but it is in her sister's name (because mom didn't want my dad to sell it). Since there is no exchange of monies to be done, is a deed of donation possible since my aunt has no family but nieces and nephews?
