My truck which is earning for me is damaged by another truck. Can I ask them for a compensation to the lost income while my truck is under repair? I've heard people get compensation (their daily/monthly income) when they are disabled by an accident. What about vehicles that earning? What's the law on this here in the Philippines?

you can,and if they refuse, you can file a case for not more than 100k. i recommend a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph
