kasal sa huwes ang asawa ko mg2yrs na silang hiwalay ng una niyang asawa..natatakot po ako na maghabol pa yung girl.pero sabi nga asawa ko sya ang nauna mangaliwa kaya inayawan na niya ito.at madame na din po nagsasabi na nakikita yun girl na may kasamang iba..pero may papel po silang legal at nagbanta na din dati yung girl ng demanda wala po akong laban dun anong gagawin ko po.salamat po

no were not living in nor marriad becaus alam naman po namen na hindi puwede unless nasettle na nya yung sa legal wife niya..but the problem is im pregnant ang im afraid na kapag nalaman ng legal wife ay magdemanda sya against us..so ano po puwede namen gawin..to the fact na yung girl naman talaga reason ng paghihiwalay nila because of third party and relationship problem of the husband with the family of the legal wife..

if you are not living together, then you cannot be charged with concubinage.

ano naman po yung concubinage?what if we live together?me laban po ba kami kasi nagkaroon din siya ng third party yung girl the reason why naghiwalay sila?

kaya nga po eh.kahit madame kame testigo na may boyfriend na din sya ngayon..magkakakaso pa po ba kame?parang quits na lang sila wala nang hablahan kasi parehas na din naman pong me ibang partner?

attorney means that the wife can file a concubinage case against you and your live-in partner and your live-in partner can file an adultery case against his wife. but both cases have to be supported by evidences.
