Hi Atty,

Pwd po bng gmitin ang COE as proof n cleared k s company n iniwan mo?? kasi till now hindi pa din narerelease yung back pay ko.. that was 6mos since i've left them. Ttwag na sana ako sa DOLE or NLRC to ask kung anung rights ko..

Kindly advise.

no, coe is not a quit claim. you have to file a formal complaint at nlrc
