Atty, please advise me,,,,, About November 2011 my Filed Cival Case was raffled to a Court... After 2 weeks 2 Judges retired... I was told since then 2 Judges were chosen as replacements.... Whats needed is the signture of the Philippine Presidend but this could take many months to happen.... This Court is in Tagbilaran, Bohol.... Can i have my case transfered to another Court?... I was told by my Atty that Crimminal cases only ncan be transfered,, That my case has to sit there untill theres a new Judge appointed..
