Please give me some advice regarding my first name.
My name in my birth certificate was Francis Andre' (with the apostrophe) but all my ID's and Documents like driver's license, PRC ID, Transcript of records and others use Francis Andre as my first name. Please note that there are no corrections on my birth certificate. Now, I am about to apply for passport and then visa afterwards. Please advice if there will be problems because of these discrepancies.

Please help d po ako makapag apply ng passport kasi po may space pala ang name ko. ever since gmtn ko is walang space e.g maryrose un pala mary rose. huhuhu please help lahat ng docs ko sa govt and work is maryrose. please help

Parehas kame ng first name ng kapatid ko sa birth cerificate, pero sa isang copy ng bc ko sa cityhall yung name na ginagamit ko talaga. Paano po ba pabago yung first name ng hindi gaano kalakihan ang gastos kase hindi ko naman kasalanan

ang ginagamit kong pangalan base sa baptismal certificate ay Generoso S.Ruiz,
lahat po ng papeles ko sa drivers license,SSS id,philhealth,comelec,passbook sa bangko,sa school,sa trabaho,credit cards,ay nakapangalan kay Generoso S.Ruiz,
Ngayon ng kumuha ako ng birth certificate sa NSO wala daw po Generoso kundi
Severino S.Ruiz -sa ngayon po ako ay 57 yrs old na matagal ko na po gusto ma correct itong problema na ito sana ay matulungan nyo po ako maraming salamat po.

kailangan mong mag apela ng petition. punta ka sa PAO dyan sa munisipyo nyo. malaki ang maitutulong nila sayo para maayos ang name mo. hopefully makapag abroad ka.

go to the civil registrar and inquire about change or correction of first name. they might even have a website
