I am mentoring an employee that is directly reporting to me. I shared my password to the employee. Shared by doing things that are I should be authorized to do.
The Company: According to the handbook
"Consenting to,tolerating, or allowing another employee to use his/her password to which the accessing employee has not been authorized"
Reasons for sharing the password:
1. Mentoring the employee to be a leader
2. Common practice of Team Leaders to share their access to employees ( have evidence to prove)
3. Direct instructions from Managers to create a Point of Contact person in the team to mold the person to a higher position.
Question: If after the administrative hearing set by the company and their recommendation is termination, will this be considered as illegal termination?
Can I file it to NLRC?
