Arresto Menor

I got charged with 9262 in 2011. The case was dismissed a few weeks after. Will I have a problem with my nbi clearance? I have now another case that's also 9262 but the hearing is not until march. Do I still have a chance of getting a job at a call center? Please help me with this. thank you.

Atty. help nmn po na hit po kc aq sa nbi clearance knina isang reason lng po ang pumasok sa isip ko kung bkt aq na hit, un nag awol aq sa dati kong work last year un po b ang reason??? pls help nmn po mg aabroad po kc aq sa taiwan.
