Arresto Menor

hi like everyone else i got a hit, i have a pretty unique name and my last name's single bloodline, i was blottered before, but it was a misunderstanding and i paid for all the damages and also i am witness to a murder, i got a subpoena once to give additional statement and i have. Is it possible that someone filed a case against me that i never knew of? help! thanks
