Can anyone help me please?
I'm working in a company and a co-worker of mine found out that I'm a bisexual,
and spread to everyone what he knew.

Everyone in the workplace ridicule and say hurting words to me.

Can this be a ground for oral defamation? how will I defend my reputation?

You may want to bring this matter to the management of your compnay so that all of this things be first documented.

Yes you may sue for oral defamation.
