I received a letter from a lawyer with return address listed as "The House of Representatives", plus a landline and mobile phone number. Shouldn't this lawyer use a private address instead, since the case is a private one? I suspect that the use of the said address was intentional.

Thank you.

Hi. I know that lawyers sideline and not necessarily illegal, but listing the address as The House of Representatives seems like an attempt to intimidate the respondents. Isn't this against Congress house rules?
