Our employment agency demands us to pay him a certain amount before he let us be hired directly by the company where he deployed us. Is this legal? anf our contract ends on February 15, 2012 but the conditions in the contract exceeds the said date. We need advice.

could you clarify with peso figures? is this local or foreign employment? is this fee one time or recurring?

Ask ko lang po if sa Manpower Agency po ba kapag nakapasa at nadeployed na sa isang company, ok lang ba na ang agency ay mangulekta ng agency fees every payroll, base din po sa napirmahan na contract sa Agency?
