Good day,
A complaint was filed against me at the Lupong Tagapamayapa for Slight Physical Injuries, which i didn't did. When i attended the hearing, the complainant withdrew her statements and excluded me from that complaint. Can i sue her for this? This is my only record at the Barangay, and my career has been affected. Hope you give advice for this.
