Arresto Menor

I have recently come into the knowledge that an extremely abusive ex has pictures of me and my children saved on his myspace page, without my consent. Most of the pictures are of just me or just my kids to which he has no relation. I filed a protective order against him in September 2008, that covers my children and myself from his controlling and abusive behavior. This person also has a history of stalking. This person is exposing photographs of my children to people that I do not know. This is very unsettling to me, and I feel very violated. This relationship was terminated over 18 months ago yet this person still portrays pictures of his ex's children and his ex? Is this a matter that I can resolve? Do I need to contact Myspace and have my pictures removed from his profile.. or does he have the right to use my pictures?
