Hi atty,

Possible po ba sa isang criminal case tapos nasa cross examination at direct examination stage na affidavit na lang ang ibigay ng mga witness at hindi na oral testimony? Pinapayagan po ba ng korte yun?

yes, that is required in summary procedure for criminal cases, and even civil cases. the affidavit takes place of the direct testimony
