What to do under these circumstances need help..

its like this po kasi, i have a girlfriend who is still a minor.
she wants to come and live with me. but she is scared of her mom. dahil ipapakulong ako, pero hindi na din sya makatagal sa ginagawa ng nanay nya dahil naglalasing at siya ang pinagdidiskitahan. so is there any legal action para hindi ako makulong kung sakaling kusang loob na sumama sa akin ang girlfriend ko po? di ko naman po siya matanggihan dahil mahal ko siya. maraming salamat po

edit: btw po she is just 16 and im 30. she is willing to come with me kahit ndi ko sabihin once na saktan pa siya ng magulang nya.

i really need im so confused na po kasi salamat ulit.

any help pls..

you can be accused of the crime of abduction with consent. why not just try to set her up with relatives. just 2 years to go to make it legal, if she's really worth it, wait.
