good eve atty.
i got married year 2000 at QC hall. after 3-4 months i worked abroad and don't come back to my wife anymore. after our wedding day i never come back to city hall to get a copy of our marriage license.is it a ground for nullity?

and secondly, since birth i have problem with my birth certificate they misspelled my name and surname.so that when i first go to school my mom use my birth baptismal cert.to used the real spelling of my name from elem.-college. my question is when i get married i used that wrong birth cert.can i use it as grounds to annul my marriage? pls. advise thanks!

your marriage remains to be presumed to be valid if it was registered.

wrong name is not basis for annulment.
