hello My name is wanda5656 . my question is how do i begin the process of having my Oregon criminal record expunged? It has been over 15 years ago that I was convicted and I havent recieved any other charges or convictions. i really appreciate any help as i am currently unemployed. wanda5656

I am not aware of the laws in your country/state. But here in the Philippines, if you get convicted and the conviction becomes final, there is no way to expunge the record of conviction. It is there to stay forever.
