immoral mistress, plese help

Pls help me with my problem. before i hire a lawyer, kindly answer my questions. I badly need ur help.

I obtain the BIR of my a**h0*e husband and found out he had been working since last year, he didn't send us support, only gave 2k last december. he said he was not yet permanent in his work, he is waiting for his regularization papers. I also found out that he is living with his mistress and his parents knew about it. It truly hurts atty. I want them to suffer. He never visited our kids coz he said, he is always busy and away because of his work. I read here that I have to know their whereabouts so that I can file a concubinage case against them but i also read that i cannot file a criminal case against the immoral mistress. i can also file ra 9262 against my husband. if concubinage won't prosper against him,

1. how long will he be in prison if he is guilty of ra 9262? i want him to suffer.
2. is there a criminal case i can file against the mistress? i want her in prison too. she isn't rich so monetary damages will not work with her.
3. if he will be in prison, what will happen after he finished his term? i don't want him again with the mistress, can i file again a case? (i asked this because when i texted him, they both told me that he is willing to go to prison but after his term in prison, the mistress will be there for him. You see! I hate them both!

i cannot afford annulment atty. i don't have money and i have three kids to feed on my own. pls help me atty. how can i move on? how can i let them pay for what they did. i am afraid to move forward coz atty fees are expensive. thank you attys.

i know u are busy, please help me po.

i'm glad that you read through first. filing a case is going to be long and can be even frustrating. conviction with finality might come 5 years after or more. focus on the first steps.

you can look up punishment in ra 9262.their answers are like that because they don't think you will go through with the case.

ano pa po pwede kong ikaso sa babae ng asawa ko?

hiningi ko ang 60% ng sahod ng asawa ko, ok lang po ba yun?tatlo kasi ung anak namin, may trabaho po ako pero di ganun kalaki ang sahod ko



i know this battle is just the beginning but am still hoping that he will come to his senses and send financial support to our kids, otherwise, i will be oblige to file a case against him eventho it will take a long time.....

don't think about post conviction yet, that is years away.

as for the other girl, a case for moral damages. i recommend an amount up to 100k. you can file a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph. no lawyer needed.

remember, cases are about evidence.
