i believe you have the right to talk to your neighbor first, who knows he may agree to pay for your durian tree. Very Happy
but you can file also your complaint with the barangay if you wanted to..


but if you really wanted to file a complaint, i suggest you seek the advice of a lawyer, its better to discuss things face to face than in the net.
