my father died last year, my naiwan siang lot, pero yung tittle ng lupa e nkasanla sa cooperatiba, at isinanla naman ng cooperatiba sa bangko yung land title ng father ko.

ano po ang pwede naming gawin para mailabas ang titulo sa bangko?

pwede po bang kaming mga anak ang maglabas ng titulo?

that is very strange that a bank will accept a 2nd mortgage. it will have to be the cooperative's debt that will be paid at the bank to release. study the contract between the cooperative and the bank. inquire at the bank what needs to be done, but yes, you can be the one to do it.
