Hello po,

Papa-advice sana ako dito sa sanla-tira.
Nagrerent po kami sa isang condo unit. After ng 1 year term, nag ask ako ng extension dun sa landlady for 6 months. Verbal lang, thru text, and nag agree nman sya. Kaya lang nag offer sya na isanla nlang yung condo unit sa amin for 100k. Babayaran nya after a year with interest, plus free rent pa. Sabi namin, wag nlang yung interest since free nman kaming titira for a year.
However, after 3 months pa lang, pinapalipat na kami sa ibang bahay nya daw kasi kailangan nya na tumira sa unit. Iba-ibang alibi. Natatakot kami na baka pag lumipat kami ng haus eh mawalan na kami ng habol dun sa pinautang namin na 100k. May legal document po kaming pinirmahan that says hindi kami pwedeng paalisin until after the contract. Makulit ang landlady namin to the point na wala na kaming peace of mind while nakatira dito. To cut the long story short, eto po mga tanong ko:
1. Ngaun po kasi nakahanap na kami ng bagong lilipatan. Hinihintay lang namin yung pera from the landlady. Ano po ang pwede naming gawin just in case hindi nya ituloy ang pagbayad sa amin ngayon? Ilang beses na po nyang tinatry na ipalipat kami, and willing naman kami bsta ibalik nya pera. pero sya nman ang hindi tumutuloy. Ngayon, naka kumpromiso na kami dun sa lilipatan namin. Nakapag down na kami.
2. Pwde bang ihold ng landlady namin ang pera at wag kaming bayaran? On what grounds po?
