my father (who died already) has properties which he co-owns with his bro & sis and evidence of ownership are tax declarations . We are planning to apply for titling. Have already checked with DENR - it is alienable. My uncle (the only alive child of my grandparents) agreed to an extrajudicial partition and we intend to waive our rights on certain parcel of land. What is the tax implication of this.
