Magandang hapon po,

Nong kumuha po yung kapatid ko ng NBI Clearance, lumabas pa po ung case n nadismissed na noong 2016 pa... Sadya po bang lalabas pa yon kahit na may clearance na po?

Hi Atty. Would like to know lang po, what if may case sakin dati.stalker daw ako and death threats pero selos kasi lang ng wife nung guy sakin kasi gusto ako nung guy kaya ako kinasuhan eh mayaman sila.
Bata pa ako noon pero legal age. 19 ako noon. 38 na ako now. Dati hindi na po ako attend ng hearing. Sabi ng nanay ko noon parang wala lang. Hanggang ngayon wala naman ako follow up tanggap. Ibig sabihin po ba non, dismissed na case? Meron po ba no. Of years sa atin dito na nadidismiss na lang?thank u po antay ko sagot niyo..

Hi atty. kumuha po ako ng NBI and nung pick up na sya last week pero pinapa punta ko sa Main branch.
i have a case before pero inurong ung case and dismissed na sya. ano po kaylangan kong dalin since wala po ako copy ng dismissal.
pwede na po ba un affidavit of desistance?
