i would like to seek advice, last summer 2010 we had this conversation on FACEBOOK, about this instructor who doesnt give quality education to us college students (dept. of architecture), he gives the same lectures in the differnt subjects. he has "favorites" in our class. he gives unreasonable "multipliers" if we dont comply to his instructions.
on that conversation we talked about how unfair he was being our instructor, he even used some of my classmates to facilitate, design his very own wedding free of charge.
so the main topic was him, there were juicy infos that we havent heard before, about his collge life, his board examination and his personality which happen to be all true and some were opinions of my classmates..
when the comments reached 200+ the topic starter decided to delete the blog so hindi mkakarating sa prof ko.. days later he received a copy froman anonymous sender and confronted us.. we talked to him and gave our apologies. and we thought it was over..but recently.. march 16, 2011 he filed a libel case against us 4 out of 20+ students involved sa students affairs office.. he wants a maximum disciplinary action.
when i saw the complaint, the comments (evidences) were FALSIFIED kulang kulang po ung nakalagay..even po ung nag bigay ng copy sa prof ko kulang kulang. some comments were deleted or hindi sinali
i need your advice.. i want to graduate.. i dont know what to do.. im planning to transfer to another school, but this issue came out, i badly need your help
