Hello po.

Hope you can help me with my query.

May new office po kami na pinurchase ng owner ng companu namin kaso yung new office nya ay nakapangalan sa business nya abroad na hnd registered dito sa Philippines. Ang rental po namin for the new office space ay for free. Ano po bang contract ang need namin isubmit sa BIR once na magchange of business address kami? Yung contract po na magsstate na ang rental ay for free? And i allow po kaya ni BIR ang ganyan document instead of Contract of Lease?
