Hit and Run Case

Need legal advice, na hit and run po ako nung 17th april 2018. isang unknown make and model ng motor ang nakabanga sakin while travelling osmeña blvd. yung motor ay DTS (disregarding Traffic Signs) going the wrong way in a one way street. Bigla syang sumulpot mula sa kaliwa ko kaya pa brake ko e, nag abot kaming dalawa sa bilis ng takbo nya. Tumigil po ako para tumawag ng ambulansya, sa bilis ng takbo nya tinangay nya buong bumper ko tapos tumilapon ung motor. Di ko po alam na meron pala silang nadamay na bystanders. Nung dumating na po ung mga enforcers tinanong nila kung ako ba nakabangga sa bystanders, sabi ko motor po nakasagupa ko. Di ko namalayan sumibat na pala ung motor. Pagkatapos ng imbestigasyon dun, sinabi ng enforcer na wala daw akong kasalanan sa mga bystanders at pinareport nila ako sa station nila for the police report. Nagtaka ako bakit di sinama sa report na may nadamay sa incident, nilagay lng dun na na hit and run ako ng isang motor. Tinanong ko pa nga ung gumawa ng report kung ok lng ba, sabi pang insurance ko lng daw ung report. Ngayon ito po ung dilema ko:

Binigay ng gumawa ng report ung number ko sa mga bystanders (which I don't know if tama or mali), ako ngayon ung ginugulo ng mga bystanders dahil dun sa nangyari. Tinulungan ko na po sila, mahirap lng po e gusto nila ako lahat umako sa gastos which is for me di naman tama un.

Ano po ba pwede ko gawin para matigil na po ung panggugulo nila sakin. Am i liable sa kanila? Please kung sino po may advise, malaking pasasalamat napo mula sakin kasi di na po ako mapakali sa nangyari. Biktima nga rin po ako. Please help, anyone...

if your statement is true then you are not liable to the bystanders, but I think it was a mistake to help them without a proper quit claim and release with desistance. Is there clear evidence that you were not the one who hit them?

Was it wrong? And was it correct for the investigator to give my number to the bystanders? Yes, it was very clear that I was not the one who hit them. I know it was wrong to help them without it but I didn't think that it would lead to this, them pestering me. Had to block their calls coz it was getting irritating. Thanks for reassuring, now I think I can sleep better.
