Good day po! I just want to ask if it's legal for credit card companies to get money from my savings account? I know I have an obligation to pay my credit card balance but as of now i have no job and my mother just got sick. I am maintaining an ATM savings acct but it's just for remittances from cousin whenever he sends money for his family. Yesterday my atm was debited without my knowledge. I inquired at the bank and i was told that it was their collections department who debited my acct..i talked to one of the collections officer and she comfirmed. Please give me some.advice on what to do since the moneybghey debited was not mine. Thank you
