Hello all . I need advice po. My ex bf and I broke up just recently. Problem is binabawi lahat mga binigay nya that includes cash na binigay nya before. Wala po sa usapan na babayaran ko yun sya mismo nag offer na ibigay nya. Until nag kalabuan na kami i recieved a text message from him ang sabi is bayaran ko daw labat ng binigay nya . May mga resibo daw sya na nagpapatunay na utang ko mga binigay nya . Another problem is nasa Abroad ako ngayon what if i file nya case tapos wala ako sa pinas. Pls help and need advice. Thanks.

Proof nya po at mga deposit slips pero wala kami kasulatan na utang ko yun. Meron ako screen shots na sya mismo nag bigay at nag offer

then let him sue you at hayaan mo sya ang magpakita ng proof na utang yun. most probably collection lang naman ang maikakaso nya sayo which is a civil case lang.

Isa pa po nasa abroad kasi ako ngayon. Paano pag na file nya case while wala ako sa Pinas? May paraan ba para ma sagot ko mga cases na i file nya?
